The TrolMaster ECS-8 is a 32-foot (9.75 m) male-to-female extension cable for IR emitters, designed to increase the distance between an IR emitter and the TrolMaster ARS-1 AC Remote Station or Beta-1 Digital Day/Night Remote Controller. It is a passive, straight-through extension that allows the IR emitter to be positioned directly in line with a mini-split AC's IR receiver, even when the controller is installed farther away. No reprogramming or additional configuration is required.
