I never received the Rhododendron shrub that I ordered and paid for . Instead, I mistakenly was sent a starter Azalea plant that I did not order or want. When I reached out to your company to notify you of the mistake I included a picture of the plant that I received along with the paperwork that identified it as the wrong plant.
Then I was emailed by your company and told to send additional pictures to prove that my claim was accurate.
I then received another email confirming that I was sent the wrong plant and was given two choices: keep the plant that I did not want and receive 50% back from what I paid or send the plant back and get a refund. I was never offered the option of being given the rhododendron shrub that I really wanted. So, I am very unhappy with my first experience in purchasing a plant from your company.
