A step up from the miniScrub, the SlimScrub uses NSF61-listed green carbon to remove 99% of chlorine and 90% of sediment from feed water.
The SlimScrub is suitable for a wide range of uses. Its flow rate of 2 GPM, or 120 gallons per hour, is fast enough to operate a garden-hose sprayer for watering outdoor gardens.
It is designed for growers who add expensive beneficial biological organisms to their growing media. The SlimScrub ensures that harmful chlorine will not destroy the complex microbiology flourishing in the media.
For tap water containing chloramines, the SlimScrub can be upgraded with a KDF/GAC carbon filter.
