Vitamin Sea is a concentrated sea-mineral liquid and a source of magnesium for plants. The current label guarantees 3% magnesium and 0.02% boron, with concentrated sea water listed as the source.
Nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium are only part of plant nutrition. Magnesium is part of chlorophyll, the pigment involved in photosynthesis, and boron is needed in small amounts. That makes Vitamin Sea a micronutrient supplement for plants that sits beside your base feed rather than replacing it. The 0–0–0 grade does not mean there are no nutrients: magnesium and boron appear in their own analysis lines.
How to use it
- Shake well, then dilute: mix 5 mL per gallon of water. Never apply undiluted.
- Soil drench with each watering, or a weekly foliar feed, on crops recommended by the label.
- Contains boron, so follow the stated rate and the crop restrictions. Mix only what you will use, do not store diluted product, and protect the concentrate from freezing.
Where it fits your routine
Start with Microbes for the soil-care base, add Veg or Bloom for your growing stage, and use Vitamin Sea as the targeted mineral supplement. Kelp It Real is a different input (seaweed and potassium), so the two do not do the same job.
Available in 16 oz, 32 oz, 1 gallon, 2.5 gallon, and 5 gallon sizes.
