Athena Roots Culture Media is a pre-measured, all-in-one tissue-culture rooting medium designed for the rooting stage of Athena’s Culture Line. It supports callus formation and root initiation after explants have been established and multiplied in Shoots Media. Each dry sachet is prepared by dissolving it in RO water, sterilizing it in an autoclave, and pouring it into sterile culture vessels before transferring explant material under a flow hood.
