This listing includes 2 exact Neon Pothos live plants in 4-inch pots. You will receive the specific plants shown in the listing photos rather than representative specimens. Because these are living plants, they may produce new growth or gain or lose individual leaves between photography and shipment.
Neon Pothos (Epipremnum aureum ‘Neon’) is a tropical foliage plant known for its bright chartreuse to neon-green leaves. It develops a trailing or climbing growth habit and is well suited to indoor containers, hanging displays, and supported growth. Foliage color can naturally vary with leaf age and growing conditions.
Pot & Shipping Disclosure:
Each exact plant is supplied in a 4-inch pot. The pots are included, and the plants are shipped in their pots. Please do not remove or disturb the plants from their containers immediately upon arrival. Each plant will be carefully wrapped for safe shipping.
Listing Clarification:
The generic notice referring to 2-inch nursery pots and bare-root shipping conflicts with this specific 4-inch exact-plant listing. This product is explicitly identified as a 4-inch pot listing and states that the plants will be shipped in their pots. The item-specific 4-inch information is therefore used here.
Plant Condition Disclosure:
Live plants may be shipped dormant, leafless, recently pruned, bare root, or partially defoliated depending on season, weather, and shipping requirements.
Natural variation in size, branching, foliage density, color, root structure, and overall appearance should be expected.
Important Note:
You will receive a live starter plant (seedling/young plant). Listing photos show the plant at a mature stage for reference only. The actual plant size, shape, and appearance may vary and will be significantly smaller than the images shown.
Exact Plant Clarification:
This is an exact-plant listing. You will receive the specific plants photographed. Natural growth, new foliage, or leaf loss may change their appearance between photography and shipment.
Customer Notice:
Live plants may experience normal shipping stress such as leaf loss, yellowing, wilting, or minor branch damage.
Please consider local weather before purchasing. Extreme heat, freezing temperatures, severe weather, shipping delays, or unattended packages may increase plant stress.
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are generally not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the required photos for review.
If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Photos of the shipping box
• Photo of the shipping label
• Clear photos of the plant from multiple angles
• Scratch test photos if the plant appears dead or dormant
Dormant, stressed, defoliated, wilted, or transit-shocked plants are not automatically considered dead.
Claims submitted without required photos may not be eligible for review.
Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery will be considered accepted as received and may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
