This listing includes 2 exact Hoya ‘Chouke’ live plants, each supplied in a 4-inch pot. Hoya Chouke is an ornamental tropical Hoya grown for its attractive waxy foliage and naturally vining growth habit. It is well suited to container culture, hanging displays, and supported indoor growth.
You will receive the specific plants pictured in this listing. Because these are living and actively developing plants, they may gain or lose leaves between the time the photographs are taken and the shipping date. Changes in leaf count, vine development, foliage density, and overall appearance are normal as the plants continue growing.
Each plant is shipped in its 4-inch pot. Avoid unnecessarily removing or disturbing the plant from its supplied container immediately after delivery. Because this product is specifically identified as a 4-inch potted listing, the general 2-inch starter-plant and bare-root shipping statements in the source text do not apply to this product configuration.
Plant Condition Disclosure:
Live plants may be shipped dormant, leafless, recently pruned, bare root, or partially defoliated depending on season, weather, and shipping requirements.
Natural variation in size, branching, foliage density, color, root structure, and overall appearance should be expected.
Important Note:
You will receive a live starter plant (seedling/young plant). Listing photos show the plant at a mature stage for reference only. The actual plant size, shape, and appearance may vary and will be significantly smaller than the images shown.
Exact Plant Clarification: This is an exact-plant listing. You will receive the specific plants pictured, although they may have gained or lost leaves, developed additional vine growth, or otherwise changed naturally since the photographs were taken.
Customer Notice:
Live plants may experience normal shipping stress such as leaf loss, yellowing, wilting, or minor branch damage.
Please consider local weather before purchasing. Extreme heat, freezing temperatures, severe weather, shipping delays, or unattended packages may increase plant stress.
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are generally not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the required photos for review.
If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Photos of the shipping box
• Photo of the shipping label
• Clear photos of the plant from multiple angles
• Scratch test photos if the plant appears dead or dormant
Dormant, stressed, defoliated, wilted, or transit-shocked plants are not automatically considered dead.
Claims submitted without required photos may not be eligible for review.
Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery will be considered accepted as received and may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
