It is designed for between-run cleaning of commercial irrigation systems, targeting both mineral scale and biofilm/organic buildup in drip lines, emitters, manifolds, pumps, filters, and related components.

• Product Type: Irrigation line cleaner & descaler
• Brand / Line: Athena / Clean Line
• Active Chemistry: Etidronic acid (HEDP) + food-grade hydrogen peroxide
• Primary Function: Mineral scale chelation + biofilm and organic matter oxidation
• Targets: Drip lines, emitters, manifolds, pumps, filters and membranes
• Purge Mix Rate: 1 fl oz/gal of water
• Dripper Flush Rate: 1–2 fl oz/gal of water
• Main-Line Soak: 12–24 hours
• Application Timing: Between crop cycles only
• Active Feed Use: Do not use in irrigation water feeding plants
• Initial Fill: Charge the main lines while bypassing micro-drippers to prevent loosened debris from entering small orifices
• Secondary Pass: Run 1–2 fl oz/gal through emitters after the main-line soak
• Dosing Compatibility: Oxidizer-compatible Dosatron systems with Viton or Aflas seals
• Venturi Systems: Not compatible; hand-mix directly into the reservoir
• Follow-Up: Flush thoroughly, then use Athena Reset as the disinfectant step
• PPE: Appropriate PPE is required because Renew is hazardous at working concentration
• Intended Use: Commercial irrigation-system cleaning and room-reset protocols

Key Advantage: Athena Renew combines scale removal and biofilm oxidation in a single cleaning treatment, rather than relying on a single-mode acid flush that primarily addresses mineral deposits. This helps restore emitter flow consistency and prepares irrigation-system surfaces for the subsequent Athena Reset disinfection step.
