The TrolMaster MBS-PRO is a 4-in-1 environmental sensor for the Hydro-X Pro HCS-2 and Hydro-X Plus HCS-3, combining air temperature, relative humidity, CO₂ concentration, and light presence detection in one compact unit. Its built-in LCD provides an immediate canopy-level reading, while the push-lock RJ12 connection feeds measurements to the controller for zone-based climate automation. Up to 50 MBS-PRO sensors can be deployed on a Hydro-X Pro system, allowing individual sensors or sensor averages to control specific zones. A SPH-1 supplemental power module is required for each MBS-PRO because of the CO₂ sensor's power requirements.

• Zone Control: Individual sensors can be assigned to specific control outputs
• Sensor Averaging: Multiple sensor readings can be averaged for composite zone measurements
• Enclosure: Water-resistant injection-molded enclosure
• Typical Applications: Grow rooms, multi-zone facilities, separate cultivation stages and large canopy areas
• Installation: Plug-and-play RJ12 connection
• Replacement Note: HCS-2 and HCS-3 systems include one MBS-PRO; additional sensors can be added for greater zone resolution
Key Advantage: The MBS-PRO consolidates four critical environmental measurements into one sensor, reducing wiring and mounting points while allowing Hydro-X Pro/Plus systems to make zone-specific climate decisions. Its ability to assign individual sensors—or averaged sensor groups—to specific outputs makes it particularly useful for large commercial facilities with varying environmental conditions.
