The TrolMaster MBS-PAR is a full-spectrum quantum sensor designed for closed-loop PPFD control with Hydro-X, Hydro-X Plus, and Hydro-X Pro systems. It measures photosynthetically active radiation across a 389–692 nm spectral range and delivers real-time PPFD readings in µmol/m²/s directly to the controller. This allows the Hydro-X system to automatically increase or decrease connected lighting output to maintain a programmed canopy-level light target, rather than relying only on fixed dimming percentages or schedules.
