ViroGuard® 2 disposable biohazard suits are designed with fabric and seams that have been rigorously tested for protection against blood and bloodborne pathogens. The durable fabric is built to withstand tears and abrasions in tough working environments. Both fabric and seams pass ASTM F1670 & F1671 tests for protection against blood, bodily fluids, and bloodborne pathogens. A zipper front with a sealable storm flap helps keep contaminants from entering or seeping through otherwise-exposed zipper seams. Reinforced with double-sided tape at the wrists, your gloves will remain secure as you work. A red fabric pull tab on the zipper makes it quick and easy to find so you can suit up or down in no time. Taped seams seal off seams from contaminants, while elastic wrists and ankles keep coveralls secure and in place to avoid skin exposure. For added convenience, thumb and finger loops are included to help prevent sleeves from riding up. The attached boots help add an extra layer of protection for the feet and lower legs. Possible applications include emergency response, healthcare, category 3 black water, sanitation work, crime scene remediation, and animal research.
