Dwarf Nikko Deutzia is a low-growing deciduous shrub with a graceful mounding habit. Its medium green leaves turn deep burgundy in fall. Tiny fragrant white flowers on upright panicles cover the shrub for two weeks in early spring . Best bloom in full sun and moist, and well-drained soil.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance. Annual pruning often required due to short life of stems- prune immediately after flowering. Some susceptibility to leaf spot. Wath for Leaf miners and aphids.
